Navitas Midstream:
Standardized Compressor Station

Detailed design, procurement, and skid fabrication of standard up to 35 MMSCFD compressor stations with modular skidded equipment. Facility included up to three x 3516 compressor packages with dehydration, BTEX, and NGL reinjection. Scope included project management, engineering, design and drafting, construction management, commissioning, and start-up.

Noble Energy:
Gates 16 CDP

Strategy provided the engineering and design services for their Gates CDP 16 located in Webb County, TX on their Gates Ranch asset. The CDP was designed for 200 MMSCFD, 12,000 BPD of condensate and 4,000 BPD of water and designed to facilitate a 7:1 turn down to handle the varying required flow conditions through out the lifecycle of the facility. The site gathers and processes local production for Noble Energy’s Gates Ranch asset and includes 12,000 BPD of condensate stabilization and 70 MMSCFD of gas compression.

Occidental Corporation:
West TX and NM Arc Flash Program

Strategy is currently completing the arc flash program for over 400 well sites and batteries in the West Texas and New Mexico areas, as well as the Terrel and Indian gas processing plants. Our scope included field data gathering, creating one-line diagrams, area classifications, GPS coordinates, Maximo implementation, and each arc flash report generated in ETAP.

Summit Midstream:
Severus and Blossom Compressor Stations

Summit Midstream’s Severus and Blossom compressor stations are two greenfield projects located the Permian Basin. Strategy performed the engineering, design and procurement services for both 30 MMSCFD compressor stations. The packaged equipment and pipe racks were based off Strategy’s standard designs.

Talos Energy:
GC-237B Tornado Tieback Facility Upgrade

Strategy provided the engineering, design, procurement, and construction management of the topsides modifications to HP1 FPSO (GC-237B) for parallel meter additions (gas, oil, and water), and additional path for P1 riser to allocation separators “A” and “B”.

Castex Offshore:
Oyster Bayou Engineering Assessment

This project consisted of a site visit to the unmanned production barge in Four League Bay to walkdown MFDs, equipment layout, safety systems, electrical equipment, and obtain instrument information critical to facility capacity study (i.e. relief valves, control valves, meters). Strategy performed a complete engineering review of the vessels, piping, and systems that are presently on the production facility, confirmed vessel and equipment capacities, safety system review of MFDs, SAFE charts, check for any NFPA 70 – NEC code violations, report any safety concerns, developed a load list with the data gathered, and provided an engineering review summary report.
