Strategy at the 2020 Deepwater Operations and Topsides Conference
In early February, Strategy exhibited at the conference and displayed our laser-scanning capabilities and virtual reality interaction. Many booth visitors came by to try their hand and learn about our suite of services. We had most visitors sit while they experimented with the virtual reality goggles, and this can be rather disorienting.
Strategy is fast becoming the leader in working with the 3D point cloud data in our engineering projects. We’ve spent the time to make sure our designers and engineers are trained take full advantage of this technology to save our clients time and money on their projects. On one project alone, we were able to reduce the number of field welds by 90%, saving our client thousands.
Strategy’s Midland Office Grand Opening Party a Success
On October 3, 2019, Strategy held a party to celebrate our new Midland office. Located at 223 West Wall, Suite 215, our new office is centrally located downtown Midland. Many attended and looked over the modern facilities while refreshments were served.
Strategy plans to continue to enlarge our presence in Midland, with the intention to expand in order to better offer our services to our Permian Basin clientele.
Strategy Sponsors Ballard House Top Golf Event
Strategy was one of the ‘Bay Sponsors’ of the Top Golf event benefitting The Ballard House in Katy. The event was Saturday, October 5 from 9 am to 1 pm.
The Ballard House is a beautiful 40-room guest house that provides free lodging to patients and their families who travel to Houston to receive treatment for life-threatening illnesses. It is a phenomenal facility that we feel honored to give back to.
Warrior Benefit Clay Shoot
Strategy Engineering participated in cooking crawdogs for the Warrior Benefit Clay Shoot, at Westside Sporting Grounds in Houston, Texas.
The Warrior Benefit’s core committee consists of Soldiers and Marines wounded after 9/11 and Gold Star parents. This core group hosts sporting events in Texas in order to build camaraderie between post 9/11 combat wounded veterans and demonstrate to those still recovering from physical and emotional injuries that there is a good and purposeful life after service to their country.
Sky High for Kids Clay Shoot
Strategy Engineering was one of the proud cookers for the Sky High Clay Shoot February 9, 2019 at Westside Sporting Grounds. All proceeds raised from the event benefitted local families and patients of St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
5th Annual Noble Energy United Way Sporting Clays Fundraiser
Strategy Engineering, along with R4, Accurate Measurement, and Precision Tech cooked up some spicy Louisiana jambalaya for this events dinner after the shoot.
